Terms & Conditions

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following trade terms and conditions: Any orders placed using our website at www.neradatea.com.au is a direct purchase from Nerada Tea (our, us) by the customer (you/r). All teas are sold subject to availability, any range or price changes will be notified prior to processing and dispatch. Ranges and quantities listed on our website for purchase may change, however the listed product ranges and amounts listed at the time of purchase are typically current. Other product ranges or quantities may be ordered by other means including retailer stores or direct. Please contact us for any further enquiries on this matter. By listing your email address on your order, you consent to being added to our Nerada Tea eNewsletter database.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS

Your credit card details are only stored and transmitted in encrypted form. Unencrypted credit card information is NOT stored on Nerada Tea internet servers. All online credit card payments are processed by NAB (National Australia Bank) and subject to their security arrangements. We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. We do not accept Diners Cards.

DELIVERIES AND SERVICE

Nerada Tea will endeavour to process all orders via its e-shop within 7-10 days  of receiving confirmation and payment for goods purchased. However, Nerada Tea expresses no warranty or guarantee of this service. From time to time certain goods may be out of stock or other circumstances prevail, in which case Nerada Tea will contact you as soon as possible to make arrangements to change or cancel the order as agreed to by the customer. Nerada Tea relies on the services of Couriers and Australia Post for deliveries and is therefore subject to their timing for delivery and service. Parcels may or may not be ‘Tracked’ depending on the service available at the time of purchase. Please allow sufficient time for delivery from Nerada Tea (Queensland) to your address as given to Nerada Tea. Please give clear instructions regarding address, location and what to do if nobody is at home when the carrier calls.

SHIPPING – AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY ONLY

Postage, Handling and Delivery is available to Australian residents only at this time. Should you wish to purchase teas and have them delivered to an overseas country, including New Zealand, please use the Nerada contact form to forward your request. Teas sent overseas can incur high courier charges and may also be subject to Customs or Import duties in the country being sent to.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

All teas and other products sold in the Nerada Tea e-shop are subject to Nerada Tea Quality processing and high production standards. Should you be dis-satisfied with the quality of goods received, please make contact with Nerada Tea via the website with details or the issue or problem involved. Nerada Tea will make every effort to resolve the issue or problem, and where the goods are returned in good saleable condition, may offer to refund the purchase and cost of Postage or Courier costs. This shall be at the sole discretion of Nerada Tea. Where goods are damaged in transit, Nerada Tea will endeavour to replace such goods, but this shall be at the sole discretion of Nerada Tea.

CANCELLING ORDERS

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, in which case all monies paid will be credited back to your credit card. Orders cannot be cancelled once in process after the 12-hour period has elapsed. If, however you wish to vary the order, Nerada Tea will endeavour to answer your request, but may request a cancellation of the original order, with a new order to be initiated.
